Head of Primary Markets in the Capital Markets division at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE)

Prior to joining the JSE, he worked at Deutsche Bank, Nedbank, and Convergence Partners. Most recently Maurice was the Managing Director at Cloud Atlas where he listed index tracking funds focussing on Pan African markets and later sold the business to EasyEquities. Maurice holds an honours degree in accounting from the University of South Africa and studied at the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute.
