Group Head – Sustainability & ESG – CBZ Holdings Limited

Andrew is the Group Head of Sustainability & ESG at CBZ Holdings Limited, the largest banking group in Zimbabwe. He has 20 years of work experience driving strategy, economics, corporate development and sustainability in the financial services sector. Andrew has moderated, and participated in, panel discussions at national business events such as the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce “ZNCC” Annual Business Reviews and Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries “CZI” Funding Seminars.

He has also facilitated several strategy and change management workshops as well as delivered keynote addresses at business events. Andrew has also actively engaged with investors at global events such as the IMF/ World Bank Annual Meetings, Marcus Evans European Pension & Pensions “EPI” Summits and the Africa Financial Services Investor Conferences “AFSIC”. He is an alumnus of the United States International Visitor Leadership Programs “IVLP” on Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment.
